Planit-7 aims to ensure that end-users are able to perform their system roles as effectively as possible. With our ‘Key User Support’ structure we provide a ‘key user expert’ to help end-users navigate through problems, recording and addressing all issues for future reference. This may require simple end-user education enabling them to develop a problem report which can be sent to ‘in-house support teams’ or to simply provide best-practice usage of the system

  • Supply Chain and Logistic Key User Support, e.g. Procurement, Purchasing, Warehouse Management.
  • Customer Relationship Management Key User Support, e.g. Customer Interaction Centre Management, Call-Center Management, CRM Reporting, Campaigns Management, Marketing Management
  • Front-end Reporting Tools Key User Support, e.g. Cognos, Excel, SAP BW/BEx, Hyperion, Alterian, SAS.
