Planit-7 will be involved in all stages of the ERP Implementation, advising the organisation of best business practices, forging a link between the implementation partner and the organisation. This link is so often lost and as we have seen in numerous occasions, leads to breakdowns and implementation failures.
Our goal is to ensure that the organisation visions, goals and requirements for the ERP system are transferred to the implementation partner who will in-turn be audited for delivery by Planit-7. We will then be involved in each step, recording and informing all parties of progress and updates to ultimately ensure what was promised is actually delivered.
